退款政策

所有經麵麵雜貨店營運的網上商店 www.minmininuk.com 之貨品買賣均受本網頁列明的退款政策(以下簡稱「退款政策」)所約束。使用本網站及在此下達訂單,即視為您表示接受本退款政策。本條款及細則內的所有「我們」均指「麵麵雜貨店」。
本退款政策的中英版本若存有衝突,則以 英文版本 (English Version) 為準。
基於食物安全問題,所有食品均不設換貨、退貨及退款。
食物以外貨物,若因運送原因損壞,請於5天內聯絡客服安排。
已使用,或已拆毀包裝等貨物一律不設退換或退貨
乾貨產品屬天然,並沒有添加防腐劑,未能完全避免存放時的自然變化,或有機會有少量蟲蛀情況,但仍屬正常,如不能接受有機會產生之自然變化,請慎重考慮。
退換流程
如要退貨請依照下以幾個程序,將貨品包裝好後退回即可:

A. 訂單號碼
B. 產品編號
C. 產品描述
D. 退換貨原因:損壞,殘舊,錯發
E. 破損部位照片
2. 在收到我們的確定電郵後,請妥善包好需要退回的貨品及附上該電郵副本或送貨單。
退款方式將會與購物時所選的付款方法及賬戶相同。
信用卡 (銀聯在線支付除外): 4 至 6 星期
在退款時,原來訂單的運費及處理費用將不獲退回,不便之處,敬請原諒。我們會將貨品的總額退回給您。如您退回的貨品附送有推廣贈品或特價購買產品等,亦必須將該貨品一並退回,否則退款將不獲處理。如沒有退回附屬的贈品,退款時我們將會扣除該贈品或特價貨品的價值。
如有需要退款的特別要求,退款金額中將會扣除由Shopify收取的手續費及交易費用(每宗交易3.0-3.6%+HK2.35,視乎顧客信用卡發行地及信用卡卡種而定)。所有被扣除的手續費及交易費用將會由Shopify收取,而本店並沒有收取任何款項。
Return Policy

This page sets out the Return Policy ("Return Policies") governing all sales and purchases of goods effected through the online shop operated by MinMin in Uk at www.minmininuk.com (“Website”). Your use of the Website and placing orders thereat shall be deemed to imply your acceptance of the Return Policies. All references in the Return Policies to “we” and “us” shall mean “MinMin in Uk”.
The return policies shall be read in conjunction with the “Legal Notice” posted on www.minmininuk.com and this Website as both are binding on you (“Legal Notice”). In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the return policies and the Legal Notice in respect of the sales and purchases of goods effected through the online shop operated by MinMin in Uk, the provisions of the T&Cs shall prevail. Where there is any conflict between the English and the Chinese version of the return policies, the former shall prevail.
Our return policy is based on the terms of replacements of goods and refunds under section 7 - return of defective goods and section 8 - Warranty Service in our terms and conditions.
The warranty under this return policy shall not cover:
- Due to food safety concerns, all consumable products purchased via our website are not covered by our Return Policy;
- Cosmetic damage of the warranty goods;
- Any accessories not being part or component of the warranty goods;
- Damage excluded by the warrantor;
- damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized alteration / modification, improper handling or operation, improper connection to voltage supply, repair or attempted repair of the Warranty Goods by any person not authorized by the Warrantor, or deterioration due to normal wear and tear; or
- Used goods or extreme damage of packages while unpacking are not covered by our return policy.
Dry goods sold on this website contain little to no preservatives, we may not control the natural changes of dry goods and there is a chance of having a small amount of damage by worms or insects, this will be considered as normal conditions.
Return and refund Process:
- Please provide the information below to the email: minmininuk@gmail.com
- Invoice Number
- Product Number
- Product Description
- Reason for replacement of goods or refund; damages, wrongly sent goods, etc
- Images of Damage goods.
- After receiving our confirmation email and we ensure it is covered by our return policy, please package the return goods nicely and include a copy of the email or the delivery note in the package.
If any Warranty Goods are found to be faulty or defective during the Warranty Period, we will, subject to the relevant terms and conditions of warranty offered by the Warrantor, arrange at our option to either repair or replace such Warranty Goods at no additional costs to you, provided that you shall take the Warranty Goods to a designated service center within the Warranty Period and collect it from the same after completion of the relevant repair or replacement (as the case may be) at your own cost.
